Rachel got her start in the HOA industry by serving as Board President of her HOA for 6 years. After working in corporate finance strategic projects for 10 years, she decided to bring her business and accounting process improvement skills to the Community Association Management industry. Rachel has been helping CAM Companies adopt new software since 2016. Cindy got her start in the Real Estate industry when she became a licensed real estate sales associate in 2006. Putting her license to effective use allowed her to gain a wealth of knowledge about Property Management and by combining her accounting background a whole new exciting world opened for her. She started working in HOA/COA property management accounting and has been successfully keeping the books for HOAs and COA clients since then. Cindy enjoys the challenges and rewards of this ever-changing industry and is absolutely thrilled with her position as a Consultant with Doxentrics!
